Good afternoon hog roast readers its Saturday the 19th of January and the weekend has started for Bella’s Catering Services. The snow looks like it is slowly melting away this morning which is excellent news for myself and the catering team. The team have been working hard against the heavy snow across South Wales over the last 2 weeks.
Today we have two Hog Roasts in Cardiff and we will be setting off early just because of the recent bad weather we are not sure what the traffic will be like. We have prepared our award winning hog roast menus. The hog boss buffet special and Bella’s Famous Hog Roast buffet. Due to the cold weather our Hot baby potatoes and herbs accompanied with sage and onion stuffing and delicious pig with crispy crackling will go down a treat.
We have been providing superb hog roasts in Newport, Bristol and Cardiff over the last 12 months. The word of mouth has spread and Bella’s Catering Services are the team to contact for an outstanding Hog Roast. We have had a brilliant start to 2013 and already have a lot of bookings for hog roast weddings in the summer.
