Good afternoon Hog Roast followers !!

2013 has started with a bang. The Hog Roasts have started on the first weekend of January. We have provided two delicious hog roasts in Newport and Swansea this weekend. The funny thing is, they were both for 30th Birthday parties.

Bella’s Famous Hog Buffet and Hog Boss Buffet was provided and they both went down an absolute treat. We have received outstanding feedback and lots of comments on our facebook page and twitter page.

We have been very busy in taking bookings for summer weddings, we have five bookings for wedding hog Roasts Bristol and seven Cardiff hog roast weddings. We are very fortunate with how busy we are in todays tough climate.

We have made a promise to all our customers that we will provided superb value for money and we are keeping our hog roast prices the same as 2012.

South Wales Hog Roast Caterers

Happy New Year from all of us at Bella’s Catering Services, we hope you all enjoyed the holidays and your delicious Christmas dinners!

We had an outstanding 2012 and we would like to thank everyone for booking the team and supporting us during 2012. We are now South Wales Premier Hog Roast suppliers and our reputation is becoming untouchable by our competitors.

We have designed our menus in 2012 on what our customers requested. Over 2 years of research into customers needs and wants and we have finally come up with our outstanding hog roast menus. Our prices offer great value and meet the customers needs.

We know customers taste and demands change, so please contact us if you would like any special requests or any suggestions.

We had a brilliant end to 2012 with over 20 bookings during December. We completed over 10 Christmas parties and a few family house parties. We hope you all enjoyed your Christmas and relaxed from all the stresses of work. We are now back in the office and have already carried out two Hog Roasts in January 2013.

Well, Christmas may be over for another year, but that’s no reason to say goodbye to the food-related fun. Here at Bella’s Catering Services, we can think of no better way to break up a dull January, than with a stunning hog roast.  Carnivore or vegetarian, we want everyone to have a good time and we have a range of menu options to cater for your guests.

Hello and Welcome to Bella’s Hog Blog.

Hog Roasts have never been so popular!! It’sssssssssss Christmas !!!!!

We have had another excellent weekend and are very fortunate to have had three Hog roasts on. The Hog Roast were all local, Cardiff, Newport and Cwmbran. We have started the Christmas Hog Roast Run and they are taking us all the way up to Saturday 22nd December.

The team provided Bella’s Famous Hog Buffet in Newport, The Hog father Buffet in Cardiff and The Hog Father Buffet in Cwmbran.

The reviews we had were excellent and it makes you really appreciate the hard work you have been doing all day. We provided our first Hog Roast for Christmas and it was for a work party Care In Values. The Venue was Whitchurch Rugby Club Cardiff and we served the Hog Father Buffet for 100 guests accompanies with delicious desserts. As we started carving the pig, the steam just filled the air and the meat was just melting off the bones……

The guests loved the full buffet and we received brilliant feedback on the food and how professional we were. We have updated the photos on Twitter and Facebook.

 

This week we have also booked two more weddings for next year. Thank you everyone for supporting the team.

Welcome all Hog Roast fellow bloggers!!

We had a brilliant night last night at the Alcan  Club, Rogerstone Newport.

We served up the Hog Father buffet menu for Rogerstone PTA.The parent teacher association were very thankful for the teams efforts and gave a huge shout out for so a great hog roast live on stage.

The event was a great success as they were raising money for charity and we provided a discount price. We had lots of business cards taken and some outstanding feedback.

We slow cooked the large roasted joints for 8hrs and they carved up so smoothly……

When we were ready to serve,  the guests gathered around us and started tasting the delicious crackling. It was very warm inside the Alcan club as the heating was on and we had 135 guests inside but this did not stop us doing what we do best and that is serving excellent Hog Roasts and delicious buffet fit for a king.

Another successful night , thanks to Bellas Catering Services!!

Welcome all Hog Roast fellow bloggers!!

Bonfire Night Hog Roast Reviews.

What a brilliant weekend again for Bella’s Catering Services. We had two Hog Roast event’s on over the weekend. One Hog Roast in Cardiff and a Hog Roast in Pontypool. We served up The Hog boss buffet special and Bella’s Famous Hog Roast.

We had outstanding feedback again and at our hog roast prices we are ensuring it’s affordable to all of our customers. The Hog boss went down a treat on Saturday night, we slowed cooked the pig on the spit for 8 hrs.

When we were ready to serve, the meat just fell off the bone. All guests gathered around us and started tasting the delicious crackling. It was a very cold night and plenty of rain but this did not stop the team doing what they do best and that is serving excellent Hog Roasts and delicious buffet fit for a king.

Bella’s Hog Blog !!

Hog Roast Specialists South Wales !!

Good evening all of Bella’s blog readers. Welcome to Bella’s Tuesday blog. We apologise for not posting a blog any earlier but with three Hog Roasts over the weekend and loads of bookings we have been upto our necks in paper work and cleaning ovens.

Over the weekend we served up the Hog father buffet and Bella’s famous hog buffet. All the food went down a great treat and all feedback has been gracefully recieved.
 
We have had a brilliant 2012 thanks to all your support and we are looking forward to a great 2013.

 

We have two Hog Roasts booked in for Halloween so all the hog roast machines will be cleaned and all ready to go. We have a few Hog roast booked in for bonfire night and the December diary is full up.

 

The diary has started to fill up now for 2013  and any bookings made this year will remain at 2012 prices.

Welcome to Bella’s Hog Blog !!

What a brilliant weekend for bella’s catering services!!! We have provided hog roasts in Newport, Cardiff and Nottingham.

The big event of the weekend was in North Lincolnshire. bella’s catering services provided a two pig roast for 250 guests!!. The event was for the national hedge laying championship.

Large crowds attended the 34th National Hedge Laying Championshipheld at Brocklesby in North Lincolnshire on Saturday 27th October. The day was cold with occasional showers, but that did not put anyone off from enjoying the exhibitions and trade stands as well as the excellent food available on site. Bella’s catering services provided the hog roast catering for the day and the food was excellent. Millions of great reviews from all of the guests as the food was at the highest of standards.

A tractor and trailers provided transport for those spectators who did not wish to walk the mile of hedging that was in the competition. Ninety Four Cutters were in keen competition for the coveted prize of “Supreme Champion”. The overall winner of the championship was Colin Clutterbuck from Bristol with his North Somerset Style of hedge.

The day went down great for Bella’s Catering Services and Bella’s Famous Hog buffet was served up accompanied with hot tea/coffee.

We have had some great reviews and will look forward to supporting the event next year.
